NIKKI

Owner

I have been in the hairdressing industry since 2005, from leaving school and starting my apprenticeship at a local salon in Southampton to then owning my own salon. I have loved every minute of it and It was always my goal to have my own salon one day. I work very closely with my staff, I help and encourage them to be the best they can be so we can provide the best service for our customers. seeing my staff grow is an achievement. Even though I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing my main specialties involve short haircuts and restyling.

Molly

Apprentice

I left school in 2021 and joined Fareham college to study hairdressing. I joined the team at Justice For Hair as an NVQ level 2 apprentice. I enjoy my training days in the salon as I get to practise and perfect what I have learnt so far. I like all areas of hairdressing but my favourite aspects are cutting, colouring and interacting with our salon clients. I look forward to building my own client base and making their hair look great!
