Booking Policy


 A booking fee will be required to secure your slot. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be taken off your total amount on the day. This is transferable ONCE only if more than 48hours notice has been given to reschedule/cancel.


We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you cancel your appointment with little to no notice you prevent someone else from being able to take that slot. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48hours notice.


If less than 48hours notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited. This means it will not be transferable to another appointment or refunded. Another deposit will be required upon booking a new appointment.


We at Justice For Hair always try to be as fair as possible, we understand that sometimes life happens but we also need to protect our business and stylists time. Last minute slots often cannot be filled so this policy always applies to each booking fee. No exceptions will be made.


Change Of Mind


If you have had a change of mind and would wish to change your service, we kindly ask that we are given as much notice as possible. A price adjustment of the booking fee may alter depending on what you would like/need doing but will be taken off the total of the price on the day.


If there is any issue with any service that has been provided, please let us know as soon as possible. We will happily rectify any problems within 72 hours of the original appointment. Please note that this at our discretion.




We ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Anything over 10 minutes late will mean your appointment will be rescheduled. If you have paid a booking fee this will be classed as a cancellation so the same policy will apply.
